Abstract Submission

Before submitting your manuscript, please check your text for the following reminders:

• All abstract must be written in English with a maximum abstract length of ONE (1) printed page (10-point font). Page numbers are not required in the abstract, please remove page number before you upload.
• Make sure that your manuscript was written using MS Word. You can follow the sample instructions in this template, submission is possible by word format. (Abstract Template)
• Please REMOVE the page numbers on your abstract and documents.

Student Paper Awards

To be eligible for the awards, you must meet the following criteria:

• The student must register to attend the conference in person.
• The student must be the first author or Corresponding author of the paper.
• Participants in the student paper award must upload a long abstract (2 pages) for review and selection purposes.

*Awards are available for both oral and poster papers.

Student paper award winners will be presented with certificates at the banquet on the first day of the conference (July 3, 2025).
